Rock Climbing with the POSH Girls

How many times have you seen the pictures of professional clubs pre-season training in a sunny location training hard and then wait a minute playing golf!!

Successful teams are based on trust and a positive team spirit, whether its a trip playing golf or being tested around an assault course.

Our ethos at the POSH Girls coaching centre is very much to have a positive attitude and to work hard together as a squad. We encourage all our girls to work hard, not just for themselves but for the team.

This year we are taking the girls Rock climbing, unfortunately not to the south of France, but locally to the Peterborough Climbing Wall! Here the girls will get the opportunity to try new skills work as a team and develop trust in each other an essential part of building a successful team.
